Application Effect of Fast-Tract Surgery Rehabilitation Nursing After Artificial Hip Replacement

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of fast-tract surgery rehabilitation nursing after artificial hip replacement.Methods A total of 76 patients with artificial hip replacement were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received fast-tract surgery rehabilitation nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative first out-of-bed activity time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group,the ADL scores at 1,2 and 3 months after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Fast-tract surgery rehabilitation nursing has significant application effect after artificial hip replacement,which can shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients and improve their living ability and nursing satisfaction degree.关键词
