Abstract
Empowering national supervision with artificial intelligence is an important starting point for deepening the reform of national supervision system in the digital age.Based on the realistic goal of building a digital discipline inspection and supervision system,the system evolution logic of arti-ficial intelligence empowering national supervision is embodied in three dimensions,namely,the value shift from case supervision to system governance,the power shift from human supervision to intelligent supervision,and the technological progress from electronic supervision system to artifi-cial intelligence system.In promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of discipline inspec-tion and supervision,the supervision practice faces technical application risks such as technical de-pendence,data barries,data leakage and algorithm technical defects.Therefore,between the instru-mental rationality of artificial intelligence and the value rationality of discipline inspection and super-vision,legislation should seek a relatively balanced regulatory approach.In order to solve the tech-nical and conceptual risks of artificial intelligence empowering national supervision,we should con-sider the rationality and feasibility of establishing and improving the monitoring data sharing mecha-nism,consolidating the whole process management guarantee mechanism of monitoring data and en-hancing the acceptability of the results generated by artificial intelligence in the future.关键词
