全程精细化护理在老年髋部骨折患者围术期中的应用
Application of Whole-Course Meticulous Nursing in Perioperative Period of Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of whole-course meticulous nursing applied in elderly patients with hip fracture surgery.Methods 60 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,while the observation group was given whole-course meticulous nursing.The incision infection rate,nursing quality and stress response were compared between the two groups.Results The incision infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the nursing quality scores were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS score,SDS score and levels of Cor,NE and E after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Whole-course meticulous nursing can reduce the postoperative incision infection rate of elderly patients with hip fracture,improve the quality of nursing service,and reduce the psychological and physiological stress response of patients.关键词
