Bricolage Innovation of Community Public Service and Its Symbiotic Effect
摘要
Abstract
Embedding diverse and high-quality public services into communities is pivotal for advan-cing grassroots governance in China.By utilizing bricolage to amalgamate physical,human,and skill resources,communities expand their resource base and foster dynamic co-adaptation and mutu-al growth among these resources.Market-based,institutional,and networked bricolage approaches enhance organizational density,promoting reciprocal symbiosis among service providers.The brico-lage mechanism induces changes within the community ecosystem,facilitating the release of symbi-otic potential in public services.关键词
