Technology Empowering Democratic Practice:A Study on the Path to Realize the Value of Digital Government Platform
摘要
Abstract
Digital technology provides a variety of paths for democratic practice.By building a new space for democratic activities,the digital government platform opens up a new field of democratic practice,endows participants with new identities,constructs a new relationship of democratic prac-tice,reshapes a new process of democratic activities,and generates a new concept of democratic practice.The digital government platform gives full play to its technical advantages,and through digital means,it realizes visual public sentiment collection,interactive subject consultation,data-supported public decision-making,and multi-dimensional supervision of digital media linkage,which is a beneficial exploration of the democratic practice of technology empowerment.Due to the unbalanced platform construction,poor information coordination mechanism,limited user radiation range and low overall service level,the potential of democratic application of digital government platform needs to be tapped,and the effectiveness of democratic practice still needs to be improved.We should further promote the optimization and upgrading of democratic practice performance by expanding the main body of democratic practice,enriching the forms of democratic practice,expan-ding the scope of democratic practice,improving the quality of democratic practice,and establishing and improving institutional mechanisms.关键词
