Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of emergency nursing pathway guided by Delphi method in emergency treatment of acute heart failure.Methods 90 patients with acute heart failure were divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(emergency nursing pathway guided by Delphi method)according to nursing methods.The treatment time and rescue outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The emergency treatment time,myocardial reperfusion time,and pain relief time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the 45-minute improvement rate and 60-minute significant efficacy rate were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,SBP and DBP of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Emergency nursing pathway guided by Delphi method can shorten the treatment time of acute heart failure and improve the rescue outcome.关键词
