Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of residual symptoms after otolith reduction in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods 90 BPPV patients were divided into the residual group and the non-residual group based on whether there were residual dizziness symptoms.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were used to explore the risk factors of residual symptoms after otolith reduction in BPPV patients.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the course of disease,the number of reductions,and the season of onset were independent risk factors for residual symptoms after otolith reduction in BPPV patients(P＜0.05).Conclusions Some patients with BPPV may have residual symptoms after otolith reduction.The course of disease,the number of reductions and the season of onset are closely related to residual symptoms.Clinical attention should be paid to and scientific intervention should be given.关键词
