槲皮万寿菊素对仔猪生长性能、腹泻率及免疫力的影响
Effects of quercetagetin on growth performance,diarrhea rate,and immunity of piglets

Abstract
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of quercetagetin on the growth performance,diarrhea rate,and immune function of piglets,and to determine the feasibility of application of quercetagetin in the production of weaned piglets.A total of 96'Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire'piglets at 28 days of age were divided into four groups,with three replicates per group,each replicate consisting of eight piglets.Piglets in each group were fed diets supplemented with 0(control group),200,400,and 800 mg/kg quercetagetin,respectively.The preliminary trial lasted for one week,and the formal experiment lasted for four weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily weight gain of the 400 mg/kg group were significantly increased by 6.39％and 10.86％,respectively(P＜0.05),and the feed conversion ratio was significantly reduced by 8.68％(P＜0.05).The diarrhea rate in the 400 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg groups was significantly reduced(P＜0.01).Compared with the control group,the serum D-lactic acid content in the 400 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg groups was significantly reduced(P＜0.01),the content of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was significantly reduced(P＜0.05),and the content of immunoglobulin A(IgA)was significantly increased(P＜0.05).The serum interleukin-10(IL-10)content in the 200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg groups was significantly increased(P＜0.05),the content of interferon-y(IFN-y)in the 400 mg/kg group was significantly increased(P＜0.05),and the levels of diamine oxidase and endotoxin were significantly reduced(P＜0.05).The study indicates that quercetagetin can improve the growth performance,immune function and reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets.The quercetagetin optimal supplemental level is 400 mg/kg.关键词
