Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangkui Capsules combined with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis diagnosed at The First People's Hospital of Ruzhou from January 1,2022,to December 31,2022,were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated with Huangkui Capsules combined with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets,while the control group was treated with Huangkui Capsules alone.The treatment course was 12 weeks.After one course of treatment,the treatment effects,renal function-related indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%),with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the improvement in serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,urinary albumin,and urinary red blood cells in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Huangkui Capsules combined with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is definite.It can effectively improve patients'renal function without significantly increasing adverse reactions,making it worthy of clinical application.关键词
