Abstract
Skeletal muscle is a crucial tissue in animals,with the growth and development of chicken muscle fibers being closely linked to production efficiency and meat quality.Research on chicken muscle fibers is vital for enhancing meat yield and quality,as well as for elucidating the mechanisms underlying muscle growth,development,repair,and regeneration.This review focuses on summarizing the types of muscle fibers,the key factors influencing chicken muscle fiber development,and the roles of essential genes in muscle fiber development and myoblast differentiation.The goal is to provide a valuable reference for studies on the mechanisms governing chicken muscle fiber growth and development,as well as for advancing poultry production practices.关键词
