摘要
Abstract
Fat is an important energy storage material for cattle and an important economic character in livestock production.Adipogenesis is a complex process regulated by various transcription factors.long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a kind of RNA whose transcript length is more than 200 nt and rarely has the ability to encode proteins.It plays an important role in the generation and differentiation of adipocytes.In this review,the mechanism of adipogenic differentiation and the regulatory effect of lncRNA on adipogenic differentiation of bovine adipocytes were summarized,so as to provide a reference for studying the role of lncRNA in adipose physiology.关键词
