The Construction of a Discourse System Compatible with Chinese Modernization:Studying and Im-plement the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee

Abstract
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee emphasized the need to build a more effec-tive international communication system,promote the restructuring of global communication patterns,and deepen the reform and innovation of international communication mechanisms for mainstream media.The discourse sys-tem of the Chinese path to modernization serves as the external expression of its knowledge and theoretical frame-works.The construction of this discourse system must be rooted in contemporary Chinese values and the cultural heritage of the Chinese nation,creating an independent and self-sustaining framework for conveying the Chi-nese path to modernization to the world.Building such a discourse system is essential for enhancing China's in-ternational influence and increasing the persuasiveness of the Chinese path to modernization in the global public sphere.The content of this discourse system is shaped by its essential requirements,objectives,driving forces,and contributions.Major initiatives for building the communication system of the Chinese path to modernization include:developing a new vision of human civilization in the new era,constructing an effective international communication system,advocating for the ethics of a fair and just international order,and promoting the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.关键词
