The Logic and Impact of New Digital Inequality in the Wave of the New Technological Revolution
摘要
Abstract
Under the powerful drive of the new technological revolution and the wave of artificial intelligence,digital space has increasingly permeated various sectors and levels of real life.The central issue of digital ine-quality has shifted from the divide between users with and without internet access to the gap between platform de-signers with expertise in intelligent technology and the general population lacking digital literacy.Data biases,algorithmic opacity,and disproportionate resource control have heightened the dominance and influence of tech-nology giants in the digital world.Meanwhile,the general public is relegated to passive roles as data providers,algorithm consumers,and marginalized participants in digital empowerment.As virtual and real-world spaces continue to merge,new forms of digital inequality are likely to intensify economic monopolies and wealth dispari-ties,provoke political manipulation and media distortion,and perpetuate social prejudice and identity loss.关键词
