Enhancement of the CPC's Discipline and Promoting the Great Self-Reform:Internal Logic,Ac-tion Mechanism And Practical Orientation

Abstract
To make significant progress in exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance,we must compre-hensively strengthen Party discipline to promote the Party's great self-reform.Logically,this practice is guided by a threefold logic:theoretical,practical,and goal-oriented.Rooted in Marxist principles of Party discipline construction,the Communist Party of China continuously enhances the effectiveness of Party discipline,driving its great self-reform and leading the social revolution through self-reform.From a functional perspective,the Party has been improving mechanisms for both punishment and prevention,optimizing its internal regulations and institutional frameworks,and integrating Party discipline with legal and moral standards.These mechanisms,in-cluding regular study and education on Party discipline,form a comprehensive system of strict Party governance that is thorough in content,targets,responsibilities,and systems.This enhances the Party's capabilities for self-purification,self-perfection,self-renewal,and self-progression.In practice,attention must be paid to key challenges,such as balancing integrity with innovation,aligning collective and individual goals,and foste-ring both norms and vitality.Through this multifaceted approach,the enforcement of Party discipline in the new era has achieved significant results,creating a positive political environment and fostering a healthy space for leadership and entrepreneurship.This provides a solid foundation for advancing the Party's great self-reform.关键词
