深圳市某三级甲等医院中药饮片处方药味调查及影响因素分析OACSTPCD
Investigation and Influencing Factors of Ingredients of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces Prescriptions in a Grade Ⅲ,Level A Hospital in Shenzhen
目的:探讨该院中药饮片处方药味数及其影响因素,寻找改进措施,促进中药饮片的合理应用.方法:抽取 2023 年该院门诊中药饮片处方2 880张,通过Excel软件录入患者性别、年龄、药味数、科室、医师职称等信息,重点分析上述因素与处方药味数的关联性.采用SPSS 27.0 软件对数据进行统计学分析.结果:抽取的 2 880 张中药饮片处方中,平均药味数为 13.99 味,药味频率主要集中在 11～20 味,16 味药的处方最多(465 张,占 16…查看全部>>
