石斛益肾丸联合低强度脉冲超声治疗肾阳虚型阳痿的效果研究
Clinical study of Shihu Yishen Pill combined with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound in the treatment of Kidney Yang deficiency erectile dysfunction

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the Shihu Yishen Pill combined with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound on Kidney Yang deficiency erectile dysfunction.Methods Select sixty patients with Kidney Yang deficiency erectile dysfunction who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to March 2024 as the research subjects,and using a random number table divide them into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group group(n=30).The control group received treatment with sildenafil citrate tablets and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound,while the experimental group received additional treatment with Shihu Yishen Pills on the basis of the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-5)scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,penile hemodynamic parameters(PSV,EDV),Erection Hardness Score(EHS),and Penile nocturnal erectile function monitoring were observed after medication in both groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(93.33％vs 76.67％,P＜0.05).The IIEF-5 score,PSV,EHS,and erectile function monitoring indicators of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05),the TCM syndrome score and EDV of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group[(4.07±2.08)points vs(9.33±3.68)points,(4.25±0.28)cm/s vs(6.23±0.52)cm/s,P＜0.05].Conclusion The combination of Shihu Yishen Pill and low-intensity pulsed ultrasound therapy for the treatment of Kidney Yang deficiency erectile dysfunction shows significant efficacy.It can significantly improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in patients,penile hemodynamics,and nocturnal penile erection,warranting its clinical application and promotion.关键词
