农学专业学生就业影响因素分析及策略研究
摘要
Abstract
As a large agricultural country,with the rapid development of the market economy,society's demand for agricultural talents has undergone major changes,putting forward higher requirements for higher agricultural education and the quality of agricultural talents.The sustainable development of agriculture has become the focus of world attention.Agronomy is an important discipline for cultivating agricultural science and technology talents.The employment situation of its graduates is directly related to the development and innovation of agriculture.However,college students majoring in agriculture face many challenges in the job market.This paper will explore the factors that affect the employment of agronomy students,analyze the difficulties and challenges faced by agronomy graduates in employment,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference for relevant decisions and promote high-quality employment of agronomy students.关键词
