藻酸盐敷料联合黄连膏用于痔术后的临床效果
The effect of alginate dressing combined with Huanglian ointment on postoperative hemorrhoid surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of alginate dressing combined with Huanglian ointment on postoperative hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery admitted to the 92493 Unit Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2022 to September 2023 were collected and randomly grouped into a dressing group(n=50,treated with alginate dressing after surgery)and a study group(n=50,treated with alginate dressing combined with Huanglian ointment after surgery)using a random number table method.The efficacy,pain status[evaluated using a numerical evaluation scale(NRS)],serum indicators[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and fibroblast growth factor-1(FGF-1)],anorectal motility indicators[maximum rectal tolerance volume(MTV),maximum anal systolic pressure(MSP)],and wound conditions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00％,which was higher than 83.33％in the dressing group(P＜0.05);there were differences in the main effects of NRS scores among groups and time(P＜0.05),and there was an interaction effect(P＜0.05),the NRS scores of the study group were lower than those of the dressing group at 3 days,1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after surgery(P＜0.05);three weeks after surgery,the levels of serum VEGF and FGF-1 in both groups were higher than those on the first day after surgery(P＜0.05),and the study group were higher than the dressing group(P＜0.05);three weeks after surgery,the MTV and MSP of both groups were higher than before surgery(P＜0.05),and the study group were higher than the dressing group(P＜0.05);the time of wound edema disappearing and wound healing in the study group shorter than the dressing group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of alginate dressing combined with Huanglian ointment after hemorrhoid surgery has a better effect,it can obviously increase the levels of serum VEGF and FGF-1,obviously improve anal motility and pain,and effectively promote the disappearance of wound edema and wound healing.关键词
