隔药灸对老年髋部骨折患者术后恢复及深静脉血栓的预防效果
Powder cake moxibustion study on postoperative recovery and prevention of deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with hip fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore moxibustion of powder and cake effect of postoperative recovery and prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods 90 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment after operation,while the research group received moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)of 2 groups were higher than those of 1 day of treatment,and the research group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05),the level of D-dimer(D-D)in both groups decreased after 7 days of treatment compared with 1 day of treatment,and the level was lower in the research group(P＜0.05).Compared with 7 days after treatment,the blood flow velocity of femoral deep vein in both groups increased,and the research group was higher than the control group after 7 days of treatment(P＜0.05).Knee joint and patellar peristatic at different time after treatment were lower than before treatment,and after 7 days of treatment were lower than 1 day of treatment(P＜0.05).The incidence of DVT in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 7 days of treatment,SF-36 scores and Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)scores were increased in both groups,and higher in the research group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with hip fracture,moxibustion can effectively improve blood status,reduce lower limb swelling,promote the recovery of lower limb motor function,and reduce the occurrence of DVT.关键词
