为研究钢筋UHPC梁的抗剪承载力计算方法,首先,建立了钢筋UHPC梁的抗剪试验数据库;然后,以此为基础对法国NF P18-710规范、瑞士SIA 2052指南、日本JSCE—2006指南、GB 50010-2010规范、JGJ/T 465-2019规范和DBJ 43/T 325-2017规程中的抗剪承载力计算公式进行评估和分析;最后,修正了法国NF P18-710规范的抗剪承载力公式.研究结果表明:各规范公式均不同程度地保守估计了钢筋UHPC梁的抗剪承载力,其中无腹筋UHPC梁的各规范ξm为1.71~2.71,有腹筋UHPC梁的各规范ξm为1.52~2.09;国外规范中,法国NF P18-710规范的ξm分别为1.52~1.71,预测结果误差最小且安全储备较合理;与法国NF P18-710规范预测结果相比,瑞士SIA 2052指南的ξm为1.70~1.95,预测结果更为保守;日本JSCE—2006指南对于无腹筋UHPC梁预测结果与法国NF P18-710规范相比较为接近,而对于有腹筋梁预测结果偏差较大;国内规范中,GB 50010-2010规范的预测结果最为保守,ξm为2.13~2.71;JGJ/T 465-2019规范和DBJ 43/T 325-2017规程在GB 50010-2010规范基础上考虑了钢纤维对抗剪承载力的影响,预测精度有所提高.其中,JGJ/T 465-2019规范的ξm为1.59~1.74,DBJ 43/T 325-2017规程的ξm为1.66~1.81.基于规范计算模型误差分析,提出了考虑剪跨比影响的UHPC基体抗剪承载力系数和考虑钢纤维影响的钢纤维抗剪承载力系数的取值方法,修正了法国NF P18-710规范的抗剪承载力计算公式,可较好地预测钢筋UHPC梁的抗剪承载力.

To study the calculation method of shear capacity of reinforced UHPC beams,firstly,a shear test database of reinforced UHPC beams was collected and established.Secondly,the formulas of shear capacity in French NF P18-710 code,Swiss SIA 2052 guideline,Japanese JSCE—2006 guideline,GB 50010-2010,JGJ/T 465-2019 and DBJ 43/T 325-2017 were evaluated and analyzed.Finally,the modified formulas based on French NF P18-710 code were proposed.The result shows that the formula in the listed codes all conservatively predicts the shear capacity of reinforced UHPC beams.Among them,the ξm of UHPC beams without shear reinforcement is 1.71-2.71,and the ξm of UHPC beams with shear reinforcement is 1.52-2.09.Among the foreign specifications,the ξm of French NF P18-710 code is 1.52-1.71,with the smallest error in the predicted results and a more reasonable safety reserve.Compared with the prediction results of French NF P18-710 code,the ξm of Swiss SIA 2052 guideline is 1.70-1.95,and the prediction results are more conservative.The prediction results of Japanese JSCE—2006 guideline for UHPC beams without shear reinforcement are closer to those of French NF P18-710 code,whereas the prediction results for beams with shear reinforcement shows a large deviation.Among the domestic specifications,the prediction results of GB 50010-2010 are the most conservative,with ξm ranging from 2.13 to 2.71.JGJ/T 465-2019 and the DBJ 43/T 325-2017 consider the effect of steel fibers on the shear capacity based on the GB 50010-2010,and their prediction accuracies are improved.Among them,the ξm of JGJ/T 465-2019 is 1.59-1.74,and the ξm of DBJ 43/T 325-2017 is 1.66-1.81.Based on the error analysis of calculation models in codes,methods for determining the coefficients of UHPC matrix considering the influence of shear span ratio and coefficients of steel fibers considering the influence of steel fibers are proposed.The calculation formula of shear capacity in French NF P18-710 code is modified,which can better predict the shear capacity of reinforced UHPC beams.
