甲醇/甲烷层流扩散火焰碳烟生成的模拟研究
Simulation of soot generation in methanol/methane laminar diffusion flame
摘要
Abstract
In order to fully understand the influence of methanol on soot generation,the mixed combustion mechanism of methanol/methane was established,coupled with Moss-Brookes soot model,and the laminar flame combustion model of methanol/methane was also established.Under the condition of ensuring a certain carbon flow,the soot formation characteristics of methanol/methane laminar diffusion flame with methanol mixing ratios(mass fraction)of 0,10%,20%,30%and 40%were studied.The results show that the addition of methanol will reduce the ignition position of the flame,resulting in the formation of soot in the lower position of the flame.With the increase of methanol blending ratio,the soot volume fraction in the flame first increases and then decreases.At 30%methanol blending ratio,the peak value of soot volume fraction reaches the maximum value,and the soot volume fraction is 4.12×10-8.The peaks of O and OH increase with the increase of methanol mixing ratio,but the peaks shift upward in the axial position when 30%methanol is mixed,resulting in the maximum soot volume fraction when 30%methanol is mixed.关键词
