小学一年级新生屈光状态指标及裸眼远视力的相关分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective Analysis of index of refractive status correlation with uncorrected distance visual acuity in first-grade pupils,in order to clarify the consistency of refractive status in the diagnosis of myopia in refractive screen-ing.Methods Observational study.The data were collect from a primary school in Sha Wan,Xinjiang A total of 369 first-grade pupils age(6.33±0.49)were collected and out of which 187(50.68％)were male and 182(49.32％)were female.To observe the refractive screening data include uncorrected distance visual acuity(UCDVA),spherical diopters(DS),spherical equivalent(SE),the axial length/corneal radius of curvature ratio(AL/CR)of the pupils and analysis the index of refractive screening data each other.Results Comparative analysis of data differences in different sex of UCDVA、DS、SE and AL/CR were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).The correlation coefficients of UCDVA and DS,SE were positive weak correlation(r=0.20,P＜0.001;r=0.31,P＜0.001);The correlation coefficients of UCD-VA and AL/CR were negative weak correlation(r=-0.21,P＜0.001).The correlation coefficients of DS and AL/CR were negative weak correlation(r=-0.38,P＜0.001),The correlation coefficients of SE and AL/CR were negative mod-erate correlation(r=-0.41,P＜0.001).The correlation coefficients of DS and SE were positive strong correlation(r=0.93,P＜0.001).Conclusion The vaule of DS,SE decrease and AL/CR rise,all can cause the myopia progress and UCDVA decrease.There were better consistency in the myopia dagnosis of refractive screening for the three index.关键词
