摘要

Abstract

Through experiments,the longitudinal mechanical properties of the rail were compared when the fasteners use polyester and rubber pads.Based on transient dynamic analysis,the dynamic response of the longitudinal displacement of the rail and force under braking force were obtained when the fasteners in turnout were used in these two types of pads.The impact of switch slope on it was analyzed.The results show that when the train brakes in the switch and two adjacent bogies of the connected vehicles act simultaneously on the switch rail,the maximum displacement and force on the rail are generated at the tip and heel of the switch rail,respectively.The most unfavorable braking positions on the straight and side track of the turnout can be obtained.The longitudinal displacement and force of the steel rail increase linearly with the increase of the slope angle.Compared to polyester pads,when rubber pads is used for fasteners,the initial slip displacement and maximum longitudinal resistance are larger,while the slope of the longitudinal resistance-displacement curve for fasteners in the elastic stage is smaller.At each slope,the maximum displacement of the steel rail is larger,and the maximum force is smaller.The decrease of force is greater than the increase of displacement,and so using rubber pads is more advantageous.At the moment the train stops,the longitudinal displacement and force of the steel rail suddenly change,followed by amplitude attenuation.When rubber pads are used,the vibration frequency and amplitude are slightly higher than those of polyester pads.
