户外活动与儿童青少年近视率的关系:系统评价与Meta分析
Association Between Outdoor Activity and Myopia Prevalence in Children and Adolescents:A Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of outdoor activities on myopia in children and adolescents.Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China Knowledge,Wanfang,and Wipo databases were searched for studies on outdoor activity interventions for myopia in children and adolescents,and data from the included literature were statistically analyzed using RevMan 5.4,and sensitivity analyses were performed using STATA 16.0.Results A total of 10 studies were included,and the results showed that outdoor activities significantly reduced the incidence of myopia in children and adolescents[OR=0.56,95％CI(0.49,0.64),P＜0.00001],equivalent spherical lens power[MD=0.18,95％CI(0.03,0.32),P=0.02],and intraocular pressure[MD=-0.44,95％CI(-0.49,-0.39),P＜0.00001];however,there was no statistically significant effect on refraction,axial length,and corneal curvature.Conclusions Outdoor activities can significantly reduce myopia rate,equivalent spherical lens power,and intraocular pressure in children and adolescents;however,fewer studies were included,and more foreign studies need to be included in the future to explore the relationship of outdoor activities on myopia rate in children and adolescents.关键词
