户外活动与儿童青少年近视率的关系:系统评价与Meta分析OACSTPCD
Association Between Outdoor Activity and Myopia Prevalence in Children and Adolescents:A Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis
目的 评价户外活动对儿童青少年近视的影响.方法 对PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、重庆维普数据库进行检索,以获取户外活动干预儿童青少年近视的研究,采用RevMan 5.4对纳入的文献数据进行统计分析,STATA 16.0进行敏感性分析.结果 共纳入10项研究,结果表明户外活动可显著降低儿童青少年近视发生率[OR=0.56,95%CI(0.49,0.64),P<0.00001]、等效球镜度数[MD=0.18,95%CI(0.03,0.32),P=0.02]、眼内压[MD=-0.44,95%CI(-0.49,-0.39),P<0.00001];但是对屈光度、眼轴长度、角膜曲率的影响无统计学意义.结论 户外活动可显著降低儿童青少年近视率、等效球镜度数以及眼内压;但纳入研究较少,未来需要纳入更多的国外研究,来探索户外活动对儿童青少年近视率的关系.
Objective To evaluate the effect of outdoor activities on myopia in children and adolescents.Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China Knowledge,Wanfang,and Wipo databases were searched for studies on outdoor activity interventions for myopia in children and adolescents,and data from the included literature were statistically analyzed using RevMan 5.4,and sensitivity analyses were performed using STATA 16.0.Results A total of 10 studies were included,and the results showed that outdoor activities significantly reduced the incidence of myopia in children and adolescents[OR=0.56,95%CI(0.49,0.64),P<0.00001],equivalent spherical lens power[MD=0.18,95%CI(0.03,0.32),P=0.02],and intraocular pressure[MD=-0.44,95%CI(-0.49,-0.39),P<0.00001];however,there was no statistically significant effect on refraction,axial length,and corneal curvature.Conclusions Outdoor activities can significantly reduce myopia rate,equivalent spherical lens power,and intraocular pressure in children and adolescents;however,fewer studies were included,and more foreign studies need to be included in the future to explore the relationship of outdoor activities on myopia rate in children and adolescents.
