早产儿视网膜病变治疗后患儿早期视网膜功能的研究
The study of early retinal function in retinopathy of prematurity infants after different treatments

Abstract
Objective To observe the early retinal function in retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)infants after three different treatments.Methods According to treatments,40 cases(71eyes)of ROP infants were divided into 3 groups:laser photocoagulation group,intravitreal injection of VEGF drugs group and natural regression group.Full-field flash elec-troretinogram was recorded in all the infants at corrected age of 6~7 months,then the differences of amplitude and latency of each band were compared and analyzed.Results The differences of light adaptation 3.0 ERG among three groups were not statistically significant,while the differences of dark adaptation 3.0ERG among three groups were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Amplitude of dark adaptation 3.0ERG in laser photocoagulation group was lower than intravitreal injec-tion of VEGF drugs group and natural regression group,while the latent period was longer.There was no obvious difference in dark adaptation 3.0ERG between intravitreal injection of VEGF drugs group and natural regression group.Conclusions There was no significant difference in light adaptation 3.0ERG among three groups.The dark adaptation 3.0ERG of intravit-real injection of VEGF drugs group was similar with natural regression group.The effect of retinal photocoagulation on rod cell function was greater than that of vitreous cavity injection and natural regression.关键词
