数商兴农背景下职业教育赋能乡村振兴的共生机制构建

Abstract
In the context of"digital commerce promoting agriculture",vocational education should seize the opportunity of the digital and intelligent era,use science and technology to empower education reform,cultivate rural talents that are suitable for the digital economy,inject vitality into rural revitalization,and promote the implementation of strategies.This study uses symbiosis theory to explain the symbiosis logic of vocational education to empower rural revitalization and coordinated development;and taking Zhejiang Commercial Vocational and Technical College as an example to deeply explore its symbiosis from three perspectives:symbiosis unit,symbiosis environment and symbiosis structure.Based on this,a symbiotic mechanism for vocational education to empower rural revitalization in the context of digital commerce and agricultural development was finally constructed,including building a talent cultivation system that synchronized with market demand,jointly creating an"apprenticeship plus project system"talent training model,and maintaining diversified rural revitalization education ecology.关键词
