基于生存质量调查问卷评估间歇性外斜视患儿和家属生存质量现状及影响因素研究
Study on the status quo and influencing factors of quality of life in children with intermittent exotropia and their family members based on quality of life questionnaire

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the status quo and influencing factors of quality of life in children with intermit-tent exotropia(IXT)and their family members based on quality of life questionnaire.Methods 149 children with IXT and their families who were admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 were included in the study.The quality of life of chil-dren with IXT and their family members was evaluated according to the IXT quality of life questionnaire.The influencing factors the quality of life of children with IXT and their families were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results The total score of quality of life of the children with IXT and their family members was(59.18±5.40)point,and the total score and scores of all dimensions were lower than 75 point,indicating poor quality of life.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age of the children was 5～7 years old,the degree of far-strabismus ≥20 PD,the degree of near-strabismus ≥20 PD,the lack of sleep,the lack of physical activity,and the education level of the family members were the influencing factors for the quality of life of the children and their family members(P＜0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of IXT children and their families is not optimistic,which is affected by many factors,and targeted intervention is feasible.关键词
