Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)in children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP).Method:A total of 60 children with RMPP who admitted to Central People's Hospital of Zhanjiang from January 2021 to August 2023 were included in the study,the children were divided into the control group(n=30,routine drug treatment)and the observation group(n=30,BAL on the basis of control group)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[white blood cell count(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],lung function[maximum mid-expiratory flow rate(MMEF),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC)]and rehabilitation related time were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher and the rehabilitation related times were shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the WBC,PCT and TNF-α in the observation group after 14 d of treatment were lower,the MMEF,PEF and FVC were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of fiberoptic bronchoscopy BAL in children with RMPP can improve the overall efficacy,regulate the level of inflammatory factors,improve lung function,and shorten the rehabilitation time.关键词
