福州市结直肠癌知晓率和筛查率的调查研究
Awareness and screening of colorectal cancer investigation in Fuzhou City

Abstract
Objective To investigate the awareness rate of colorectal cancer(CRC)prevention and control among residents in Fuzhou City.Methods Random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among adults aged 18 to 70 years who came to the Health Management Center of Fujian Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Fuzhou University from June 2022 to December 2023.The questionnaire contained 15 questions on CRC incidence trends,CRC risk factors,CRC screening population,CRC screening methods and screening cycles.Results A total of 2256 people were surveyed,and 2233 valid questionnaires were returned,with an effective rate of 98.9％ .The results showed that the awareness rate was 40.3％ .The correct rate of each question in the core knowledge questionnaire of CRC screening was between 11.33％ to 77.34％ .The rate of fecal occult blood test was 20.7％ ,and the rate of colonoscopy was 23.2％ .There were significant differences in awareness rate and screening rate among different age groups,occupations and income levels(P＜0.05).Conclusion There is still room for improvement in the awareness and participation of CRC screening among residents in Fuzhou.It is necessary to carry out health education on CRC prevention and control knowledge to improve CRC screening rate.关键词
