Effects of three species of macroalgae on growth performance,physiology and biochemistry index of juvenile largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)
试验旨在研究3种大型海藻对加州鲈幼鱼生长性能和生理生化指标的影响.选择初始体重为(6.04±0.03)g的加州鲈幼鱼360尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾.C组(对照组)饲喂基础饲料,T1组、T2组、T3组分别在基础饲料中添加5%龙须菜藻粉、5%紫衫状海门冬藻粉和5%马尾藻藻粉,各组饲料等氮等脂.试验期57 d.结果表明:与C组相比,所有试验组的摄食率、饲料系数均显著升高(P<0.05);T2组和T3组的蛋白质沉积率和脂肪沉积率均显著降低(P<0.05);T2组和T3组全鱼水分含量显著升高(P<0.05),粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05);T2组和T3组的肝脏中粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05).研究表明,饲料中添加5%龙须菜、紫衫状海门东和马尾藻不会影响加州鲈幼鱼生长,但可以提高其摄食率,降低全鱼和肝脏粗脂肪含量,且摄食马尾藻饲料的加州鲈幼鱼整体效果最好.
The experiment was to investigate the effects of three species of macroalgae on the growth performance,physiology and biochemistry index of juvenile largemouth bass.A total of 360 juvenile largemouth bass with an initial body weight of(6.04±0.03)g were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and 30 perca per replicate.Group C(Control Group)was fed a basic diet,while Groups Tl,T2,and T3 were fed the basic diet supplemented with 5%Gracilaria lemaneiformis powder,5%Asparagopsis taxiformis powder,and 5%Sargassum powder,respectively,with each group's diet being isonitrogenous and isocaloric.The experiment lasted for 57 days.The results showed that compared to Group C,the feed intake rate and feed coefficient of all experimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the protein deposition rate and fat deposition rate of Groups T2 and T3 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The whole fish moisture content of Groups T2 and T3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the crude protein and crude fat concentrations were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The crude fat content in the liver of Groups T2 and T3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study shows that the diet with 5%Gracilaria lemaneiformis powder,Asparagopsis taxiformis powder,and Sargassum powder respectively does not affect the growth of juvenile largemouth bass,but can improve its feeding rate and reduce the crude fat of the whole body and liver,and overall effect of juvenile largemouth bass supplemented with Sargassum powder feed is the best.
