Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of embedding seed in auricular point combined with double-heart nursing in angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Method:102 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in Huai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.Control group was treated with auricular point seeding and conventional nursing,observation group was treated with auricular point seeding combined with double heart nursing.Cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDED),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVSED)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],anxiety(HAMA),depression(HAMD)scores,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed before and after care.Result:After nursing,LVDED and LVSED levels in observation group were lower than those control group,and LVEF levels were higher than those control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,angina stability,angina frequency,psychosocial status and disease cognition in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Embedding seed in auricular point combined with double-heart nursing can improve the heart function,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis.关键词
