Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of collagen gel combined with haematoma formula externally applied in abdominal incision poor healing.Method:A total of 80 patients with poor abdominal incision healing were selected from four hospitals including Yinchuan Second People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 as the study objects,and divided into control group(traditional dressing change)and study group(collagen gel combined with hematoma prescription external application)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The healing status,clinical indexes(time to resolution of incision redness,healing time of surface incision,length of hospital stay),incision pain score[visual analogue scale of pain(VAS)],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)],and incision healing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The Grade A healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of incision redness resolution,surface incision healing time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score,TNF-α and CRP levels of both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with poor abdominal incision,collagen gel combined with hematoma prescription can reduce inflammation,shorten healing time,promote healing,and have a high satisfaction.关键词
