摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the relationship between tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL).Methods Both English and Chinese language databases including CNKI,WanFang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Embase,Pubmed,the Cochrane Library and Web of Science were searched for studies on TNF-α and hs-CRP related to SSHL published up to April 2022.Two independent reviewers screened the results and extracted the data.The RevMan5.3 and Stata software were used for meta-analysis of studies that met the quality standards.Results Sixteen studies were in-cluded.Serum levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in patients with SSHL were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in patients with SSHL are elevated and may have certain value-si for guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SSHL.关键词
