Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Sophora flavescens gel combined with ornidazole on the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and inflammatory response indexes in patients with drug-resistant trichomonal vaginitis.Method:80 patients with drug-resistant trichomonal vaginitis admitted to Qianxinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into group A and group B,with 40 cases in each group.The patients of group A received the combined treatment of Matrine gel and ornidazole,while the patients of group B received traditional treatment-ornidazole alone.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the disappearance time of common clinical symptoms in group A was shorter than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Interleukin-8(IL-8)and Interleukin-13(IL-13)levels in group A were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Matrine gel combined with ornidazole is effective in the treatment of patients with resistant trichomoniasis vaginitis,the time of clinical symptoms disappearing is shortened,and the inflammatory reaction is effectively controlled.关键词
