Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Qingre Huatan Formula combined with Phentolamine in the treatment of patients severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 62 patients with severe pneumonia who admitted to the 907th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Imipenem,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with Phentolamine,two groups were treated for 1 week.The efficacy,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10),neutrophil elastase(NE)]levels before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and NE in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Huatan Decoction combined with Phentolamine has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia,which can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors without increasing adverse reactions.关键词
