摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupotomy on female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Method:76 female patients with stress urinary incontinence who were treated in the outpatient department from March 2019 to September 2021 in Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Outpatient Department were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the random number table, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received small needle knife treatment on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, subjective classification of urinary incontinence and urine pad test indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, and the subjective score of urinary incontinence in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the urinary pad test scores of both groups of patients decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the score of the urine cushion test indicators in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Female stress urinary incontinence is related to pelvic floor muscle injury and nerve entrapment related to continence.Small needle knife treatment can repair pelvic floor muscle and relieve nerve entrapment related to continence.关键词
