摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the main problems and countermeasures in the financial management of small and medium-sized garment enterprises.By analyzing the problems of shortage of funds,imperfect management system and shortage of talents,this paper puts forward the financing optimization,tax incentives and training support at the policy level,as well as the management awareness enhancement,system improvement,talent training and application of information tools at the enterprise level,aiming to enhance the financial management ability of enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness.关键词
