Advances in Studies of Tinnitus from the Aspect of"Inverse Centralisation"
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,a large number of studies have aimed to further our understanding of tinnitus patho-genesis and clinical research.In this review,evidence of central gain associated with tinnitus and potential mechanisms are summarized from the aspect of the latest knowledge of neurobiological mechanisms.We propose that tinnitus may be a change caused by complex neuroplasticity,including neurophysiological changes in the disease process,modula-tion of different neurotransmitters and alteration of related regulatory genes.This is followed by a review on effective clinical treatments developed based on this theory,to provide new ideas for research and development of clinical treat-ments for tinnitus.关键词
