Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effectiveness of using human growth hormone combined with vitamin D in the treatment of children with idiopathic short stature.Method:A total of 70 children with idiopathic short stature treated in the People's Hospital of Youyang County from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,the children were divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 objects in each group.The control group was injected subcutaneously with recombinant human growth hormone injection 0.1-0.2 IU/kg,while the experimental group was injected subcutaneously with recombinant human growth hormone injection 0.1-0.2 IU/kg combined with oral vitamin D,and observed and treated for 6 months.Growth factor levels[including 25 hydroxyvitamin D(25-OH-VD)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)],incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and total effective rate of treatment were measured before and after treatment.Result:After 6 months of treatment,the levels of 25-OH-VD and IGF-1 growth factors in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of vitamin D combined with human growth hormone therapy to children with idiopathic short stature can improve their growth factor levels and promote better growth and development.关键词
