Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of combined examination ultrasound cardiogram(UCG)and electrocardiogram in dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Method:A total of 81 patients with suspected DCM who admitted to Jingmen Rehabilitation Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The parameters of UCG and electrocardiogram were evaluated in two groups,coronary angiography(CAG)was used as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of UCG,electrocardiogram and their combined examination in DCM patients analyzed.Result:The right ventricular end-diastolic diameter(RVEDd),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left atrial diameter(LAD),left atrial-ventricular valve-ventricular septum spacing(EPSS),QTc,QRS duration and PR interval in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke volume(SV)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among 81 patients with suspected DCM,9 cases were diagnosed as positive by CAG,accounting for 11.11%(9/81).72 cases were negative,accounting for 88.89%(72/81);the sensitivity and accuracy of combined examination of UCG and electrocardiogram were higher than those of single examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in specificity among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:UCG combined with electrocardiogram can accurately evaluate changes in cardiac function and structure in DCM patients,improve their disease detection rate.关键词
