人才振兴赋能乡村振兴的五维逻辑
摘要
Abstract
Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is an important measure to achieve the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.To achieve rural revitalization,talent revitalization is of utmost importance.From a value perspective,the revitalization of rural talents helps to develop new rural productive forces;From a theoretical perspective,promoting the revitalization of rural talents is the development and application of the Party's Marxist concept of talent;From a historical perspective,the revitalization of rural talents has continued the tradition of talent revitalization work in China for over 70 years;From a practical perspective,the revitalization of rural talents effectively promotes the revitalization of rural industries,organizations,ecology,and culture,but there are still some bottlenecks and difficulties;From a practical perspective,achieving rural revitalization requires sustained efforts in talent introduction,cultivation,and optimization of the development environment.关键词
