Abstract
Objective:To analyse the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of dry eye disease by regulating spirit.Method:60 patients with dry eye admitted to Jinshan New Hospital of Fuzhou Southeast Eye Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture therapy based on this.The scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,the time of tear film rupture,the height of lacrimal river,the time of symptom disappearance and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the tear film rupture time was longer than that of the control group,the lacrimal river height was higher than that of the control group,and the symptom disappearance time was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychosomatic acupuncture can obviously improve the TCM syndrome score of dry eye,accelerate its recovery speed,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have good clinical effect.关键词
