Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of comprehensive emergency nursing based on crisis management theory on patients with traumatic head injury.Method:A total of 100 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive emergency nursing based on crisis management theory on the basis of the control group.The time indexes,complications and related indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The diagnosis time,emergency department rescue time,and emergency transfer to surgery time of the observation group were all earlier than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and Karnofsky functional status scale(KPS)were increased in both groups,while the scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)were decreased,the GCS and KPS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive emergency nursing based on crisis management theory can improve rescue effectiveness and ensure the health and safety of patients.关键词
