Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of embedding beans in ear point combined with finger point on gastrointestinal function recovery and sleep quality in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surger.Method:A total of 112 patients with colorectal cancer surgery admitted to the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care after surgery,and the observation group was given ear point embedding and finger point puncturing on the basis of routine care.The patients in both groups were given 1-week intervention.Gastrointestinal function recovery,gastric function index and sleep quality score of the two groups were recorded,and statistical analysis was performed.Result:The postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,first bowel movement time and first eating time of the observation group of patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery were all less than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum GAS and Leptin of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the serum SS was higher than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the sleep status,hypnotic drug use and daytime dysfunction of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with colorectal cancer surgery,embedding beans in ear points combined with finger points can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve sleep quality,and the complications are less.关键词
