The Current Situation and Guiding Strategies of Employment Concepts Among Art College Students in the New Era

Abstract
In recent years,the employment situation is becoming more and more severe,and the employment pressure of college students is increasing.Through the investigation of art students,the author found that students in the process of employment have"slow employment","utilitarian nature"and"conformity",which is particularly important to carry out value education for art students.From the level of students,we should strengthen subjectivity education,practice excellent skills,and from the school level,we should strengthen the positive guidance of employment concept,optimize employment guidance and curriculum practice,so that the two sides should form a joint force to jointly cultivate positive employment values.关键词
