Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Kuntai Capsules combined with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets(Femostone)on sex hormone indexes,intimal thickness and immune function in patients with perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Method:A total of 162 PMS patients admitted to the Gynecology Department of Renhuai Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,81 cases in each group.The control group was given Femostone treatment,and the observation group was given Kuntai Capsules based on the basics of control group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,sex hormone indexes,intima thickness,immune function before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.82%,which was significantly higher than 82.72%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were significantly decreased,and the level of estradiol(E2)was significantly increased in both groups,the levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,intimal thickness,CD3+and CD4+increased in both groups,while CD8+decreased significantly.CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai Capsules combined with Femostone is effective in the treatment of PMS,which can significantly improve serum sex hormone levels and improve immune function indicators in the patients,without increasing adverse drug reactions.关键词
