Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Panlongqi Tablets combined with Celecoxib Capsules on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 100 LDH patients admitted to Wuwei Second People's Hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into conventional group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment such as routine acupuncture and physiotherapy.The conventional group was given Celecoxib Capsules on the basis of this,and the experimental group was given Panlongqi Tablets on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy after treatment,lumbar pain degree,lumbar function,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group(94.00%)was higher than that of conventional group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores of the two groups were decreased,and the VAS scores and ODI scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were decreased,and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in experimental groups were lower than those in conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was increased and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)was decreased in two groups,the level of SOD in experimental group was higher than that in conventional group,and the level of MDA was lower than that in conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Panlongqi Tablets and Celecoxib Capsules has a definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of LDH,which can inhibit inflammation and oxidative stress reactions,alleviate pain,and improve lumbar spine function.关键词
