How to Integrate the Spirit of Professional Craftsmanship into Teaching:Internal Logic,Practical Difficulties,and Practical Strategies

Abstract
Vocational education,as an important type of education in China,bears the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality applied technical and skilled talents.High-quality vocational talents should not only have exquisite professional skills and solid professional knowledge,but also have good vocational literacy.Craftsmanship spirit,as the core content of vocational literacy,is widely emphasized in vocational colleges and universities.By analyzing the current situation of cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit,in the teaching of professional courses in vocational colleges,the study found that:teachers have insufficient knowledge of craftsmanship spirit;and lack the ability to implant craftsmanship sprit;the integration of craftsmanship lacks professional characteristics;and the cultural docking between schools and enterprises is not smooth.Accordingly,it is proposed that teachers should establish the concept of cultivating craftsmanship spirit and integrate craftsmanship spirit throughout the teaching of professional courses;enhance the ability of professional teaching and educating people in the courses,and closely integrate craftsmanship spirit with teaching objectives and evaluation;promote the cultural integration of schools and enterprises,and infiltrate craftsmanship throughout the professional learning process.关键词
