Abstract
Objective:To explore the related influencing factors of tinnitus status in patients with chronic otitis media after tympanoplasty,and formulate targeted nursing strategies.Method:A prospective cohort study was used to conduct a 6-month prospective study on 106 patients with chronic otitis media who underwent tympanoplasty in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2019 to December 2022.According to the occurrence of tinnitus status after tympanoplasty,the patients were divided into occurrence group and non-occurrence group,and the baseline data table of patients was designed.Statistically significant variables were included to construct a logistic regression model to analyze the factors affecting tinnitus status after tympanoplasty in patients with chronic otitis media.Result:106 patients with chronic otitis media were followed up for 6 months after operation,100 cases were followed up and 6 people lost to follow up during the period,the loss rate was 5.66%.Among 100 patients with chronic otitis media,41 patients were accompanied by tinnitus,accounting for 41.00%(41/100).The severity of patients with chronic otitis media accompanied by tinnitus after surgery was better than before surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The proportion of patients in the non-improved group was higher than that in the improved group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Logistic regression showed that the tympanic orifice of the eustachian tube,the use of electric drill,incomplete malleus and upper respiratory tract infection were the influencing factors of tinnitus status after tympanoplasty in chronic otitis media patients(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Tympanoplasty can effectively improve the severity of tinnitus in patients with chronic otitis media.Tympanoplasty can affect the tinnitus status of patients with chronic otitis media.Tympanoplasty can effectively improve the severity of tinnitus.Tympanoplasty lesions of eustachian tube,the use of electric drill,incomplete malleus handle and upper respiratory tract infection are the influencing factors of tinnitus status in patients with chronic otitis media.关键词
