中国海洋产业链现代化水平测度与影响因素研究
Research on the measurement and influencing factors of modernization level of China's marine industry chain

Abstract
Promoting the modernization of the marine industrial chain is an objective requirement for building a modernized indus-trial system and accelerating the construction of a powerful marine country.By constructing an evaluation index system for the moderni-zation of the marine industry chain,using the entropy value method,this paper measured the level of modernization of the marine indus-try chain in China's provinces from 2011 to 2021,utilizing the kernel density estimation method to analyze the characteristics of the spa-tio-temporal evolution,and finally identifying the influencing factors with the aid of Geogdetector and the multivariate linear regression model.The results showed that:①The modernization level of China's marine industrial chain was increasing year by year.The level of resilience,innovativeness and security of the marine industrial chain were on the rise,and the level of sustainability was showing a fluc-tuating trend of change,with a decline followed by an increase.②Areas with higher levels of modernization of the marine industry chain grew at a higher rate,the catching-up effect of low-value areas gradually weakened,spatial imbalances increased and regional differ-ences showed a trend of expansion.③Shandong and Guangdong were in a leading position in terms of the level of modernization of the marine industry chain,while Hebei and Guangxi were at a lower level.The level of resilience,sustainability and innovativeness of the marine industry chain was evolving towards a staggered pattern of multiple types with a high level of resilience,with the area south of the Bohai Rim being generally higher than that in the north;and the security was evolving towards a single high-value agglomeration pat-tern.④ Technological innovation,digitalization and the level of openness to the outside world were the key drivers of the spatio-tempo-ral heterogeneity in the level of modernization of the marine industry chain,with economic base,industrial structure and the level of fi-nancial development having a slightly weaker influence.关键词
